Worked up to 195 pretty happy with this i think my pr power is 205. Seems like power snatching before snatching really helps me use my hips and make speed. Seems to me my snatches go much better with power snatching before

Overall felt pretty good the second workout was really fun the last 2 rounds my arms were really feeling it.
