Struggled some with the hang squat snatch hands are alittle torn up was kind of being a baby. snatch felt easy and snatch balance went better staying back.

Overall respiration was really high. DL felt fairly easy tried to keep the burpees at a consistent pace but idk what happens my hr and respiration just gets so high with this combo.
