my bench is damn weak right now holy cow.

  • ski 21
  • 15 db bench
  • 9 2′ deficit pushups

Rest 2 btwn

2:40-2:53-3:45-4:05-4:35

I really did not stay consistent on this.  The ski portion stayed solid but the bench and hspu from ub to 2 sets for the bench and 2-3 sets for the hspu. The press was very very fatigued and the pump was real. Like this workout a lot.
